Standing Hip Flexor Stretch

Opens the front of the hips with a gentle standing lunge stretch.

Recommended duration:60 sec

Steps

  1. Stand tall and step one foot back into a split stance.
  2. Tuck your pelvis and gently shift your weight forward until you feel a stretch in the front of the back hip.
  3. Keep your torso upright. Hold ~20 seconds, then switch sides.
