Strengthens the muscles between your shoulder blades to improve posture.

Steps

  1. Sit or stand with your back straight and shoulders relaxed.
  2. Squeeze your shoulder blades together as if you are holding a pencil between them.
  3. Hold for 5 seconds, then release. Repeat for the duration.
