Thoracic Chair Rotation

Increases rotational mobility in the mid-back to prevent stiffness.

Steps

  1. Sit on the edge of your chair with feet flat and hands behind your head.
  2. Twist your upper body to the right, keeping your hips facing forward.
  3. Use your core to pull you back to the center.
  4. Repeat on the left side. Continue alternating for the duration.
