Upper Trapezius Stretch

Stretches the upper back and side of the neck to relieve tension from hunched shoulders.

Recommended duration:45 sec

Steps

  1. Sit tall and drop your right ear toward your right shoulder.
  2. Gently use your right hand to pull your head further, increasing the stretch.
  3. Hold for 20 seconds, then switch sides.
