At Posture Pomodoro, we believe your health data is your business. This policy explains how we handle information across our mobile application and our web-based posture analysis tool.
1. Information We Collect
We collect only the minimum amount of data necessary to provide our services:
- Mobile App Data (Offline): Information you provide during onboarding (such as pain points, goals, and work style) is stored locally on your device. We do not maintain a central database for this info, and it never leaves your phone.
- Posture Analysis Images (Web/App): To generate a posture score, we collect two images (front and side profile).
- Email Address: We collect your email address only if you purchase a detailed report, so we can deliver the file and allow you to access it later.
- Payment Information: Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not see or store your credit card or bank details.
- Usage Analytics: We use Vercel Analytics to collect anonymous data (like page views) to help us improve the user experience. This data is not linked to your identity.
2. How We Handle Your Images
We treat your images with the highest level of privacy:
- Free Analysis: Images uploaded for a free posture score are processed in real-time. These images are not stored on our servers and are deleted from our temporary cache immediately after the score is generated.
- Paid Reports: If you purchase a detailed report, we store your images and the resulting PDF securely. This allows you to log in, download your report later, and track your progress over time.
- Usage Restriction: We do not use your images for marketing, AI training for third parties, or any purpose other than generating your specific report.
3. Data Retention & Deletion
Retention: We retain paid reports and associated images indefinitely so you can access your history.
Your Rights: You have full control over your data. You can request the permanent deletion of your images, reports, and email from our systems at any time by contacting kyle@posturepomodoro.com. We will process your request within 30 days.
4. Third-Party Services
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. We only share data with essential service providers:
- Stripe: To process your payments.
- Vercel: To host our infrastructure and provide anonymous analytics.

Posture Pomodoro is not a medical device. The information provided, including posture scores and exercise suggestions, is for informational and educational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
